Shannon was my realtor for selling my condo in 2024. It was a very difficult time to sell a home with the high interest rates and condo market was especially slow. She hosted many open houses trying to generate interest. In the end, I had two home sales fall through, but finally had success on the third sale. Through it all, she communicated well with me and other agents, was very responsive, and was so supportive (selling and buying are an emotional roller coaster). I'm so glad she was my realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the Portland metro area!
